Recommendation 3 is good and could be even enhanced by adding RightClick menu choice for our forms, but the minus of this idea is that this version number now should be retrieved separately, i.e. it's not a part of the screen. I think this was Alan's original intention, though you idea seems easy to implement. Another little problem here, if we have multiple forms available at one time, we can get this info only about currently active form...
