The latest update of the downloadable ErrHandler programs includes the following changes:

• erma0017: propagate Aborts and error info up the target indirection hierarchy
  Introduces a recursive implementation of errhcopy to propagate error information all the way up the target indirection hierarchy. Also adds a new option, ehp_abortstopshere, for controlling the propagation of Aborts.
• erma0016: revise specs for default RETURN depth on user Aborts
  This makes Aborts more symmetrical to other types of errors, avoiding the need for extra coding to explicitly check for the special case of abort-type failures.
