I checked the whole long chain of invoking restoration logic. Since at the end you're using Commander.DoFunc method, which is "almost" generic, would you consider to add ability to set StartSeq and EndSeq in the calling program to not restore whole configuration?
If these additions could be made, I can instantiate a Commander object in my main wrapper function for the "Run" Mode and invoke its DoFunction with necessary parameters. Otherwise I have to write my own UDF for the Run mode.
I'd like to hear from you since I'm going to implement these changes...
