sample page using the Showcase Template

This is a page that uses the Showcase Template of WordPress’ Twenty Eleven theme.  Note the following differences from the Default Template:

  • the article title is not displayed
  • wider margins are used for the body of the article text
  • body of article appears against a light gray background
  • no form is provided for adding a comment to this page
  • a list of EPHEMERA appears below the body on the left
  • a condensed list of RECENT POSTS appears below, on the right

  1. This page was originally created under the Twenty Eleven theme, and the above remarks pertain to its appearance under that theme. Under the newer Twenty Fourteen theme now in effect, the Showcase Template is no longer supported, so this page just appears with the default template formatting.
